Meet Alisha Jamison
Alisha Jamison brings over 15 years of recruiting experience to the table. Most recently, she served as an In-House Corporate Recruiter for a privately held Big 4 public accounting firm in the United States, where she supported the growth of technology consulting in Microsoft and ServiceNow offerings.
Previously, Ms. Jamison served as the Associate Vice President/Director of Permanent Placement Services for a publicly traded Fortune 500 staffing firm in the Washington DC area. In this role, she achieved over $1 million in sales and earned the prestigious Reach for the Stars trophy for top sales two years in a row. She led a team of up to 16 professionals, excelling as a servant leader, mentor, and manager, driving her team to record-high performance levels.
Alisha is also an experienced trainer, having conducted numerous sessions, including new-hire and new-manager training for her region. Beyond her impressive performance accolades, she is a talent strategist with a robust network of professionals in specialty fields such as cybersecurity, IT asset management, software engineering, and enterprise.
